Wayne Miller has had over 15 years experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing, having held various positions up to and including Plant Manager. He has spent his entire career in manufacturing. In July 1999, he began his career in Executive Recruiting with MRI-Charlotte, a Top-Ten office out of 1,100 offices worldwide. After only 6 months, in January 2000 he was recognized in the top-ten of all recruiters in the MRI system, #1 in manufacturing.
