Internet Search

The standard fee is less than traditional Contingency Search fees.  The fee is payable upon placement’s start date.  We will provide the following services:

We will place an advertisement on www.monster.com (or site of client’s choice) to solicit resumes and submit to client the top qualified candidate(s) at the end of a two week period.  The advertisement costs will be included in the Placement Fee.  In the event client does not hire a candidate surfaced from an internet search, the client will be invoiced for the actual price of the advertisement only and payment will be due within (30) Thirty days of said invoice.

We will guarantee a free replacement if the candidate leaves or is terminated for just cause within 30 days of placement (this guarantee is void if the position is eliminated within that period of time or if the invoice has not been paid within 10 days of the start date)

We will provide reference checks on all candidates

bullet

We will provide background checks for an additional fee.

Contingency (Sample)

The standard fee is a negotiated percentage of the first years-anticipated compensation (salary plus bonus and commission).  It is payable upon placement’s start date.  We will provide the following services:

We will guarantee a free replacement if the candidate leaves or is terminated for just cause within 30 days of placement (this guarantee is void if the position is eliminated within that period of time or if the invoice has not been paid within 10 days of the start date)

Priority (Sample)

The fee is a negotiated percentage of the anticipated first year compensation (salary plus bonus and commission).  This is payable as $5,000 to begin the search – refundable if we do not produce qualified candidate(s) within a time period agreed upon by both parties – balance due upon placement’s start date.  You will receive the following services:

We will provide you with qualified candidate(s) within a period again upon by both parties

bullet

We will guarantee a free replacement if the candidate leaves or is terminated for just cause within 60 days of the placement (this guarantee is void if the position is eliminated within that time period or the invoice has not been paid within 10 days of the start date)

We will provide reference checks on all the candidates

bullet

We will provide a 50% Dedicated Project Coordinator

Recruited candidates will be held until you make a decision (candidates are not sent to other companies)

We will market your company as a preferred employer

bullet

We will provide a background check for an additional charge

Retainer

The non-refundable fee is a negotiated percentage of the first years-anticipated compensation (salary, plus commission and bonus).  Fees are payable as 1/3 up front, and 2/3 due upon placement’s start date.  You will receive the following services:

We will provide you with qualified candidate(s) within a time period agreed      upon by both parties

bullet

We will guarantee a free replacement if the candidate quits or is terminated for just cause within the first 90 days (this guarantee is void if the position is eliminated within that time, or the invoice has not been paid within 10 business days after the start date)

We will provide Reference Checks on all the candidates

bullet

We will provide a 100% dedicated Project Coordinator and recruiting team

We will market your company as a preferred employee

bullet

We will provide background checks at no charge

bullet
